We work with Tipsa for mainland Spain and Portugal, Seur for the Balearic Islands and other EU countries, and Correos for the Canary Islands.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking code from the relevant courier.
If you don’t receive it, feel free to contact us and we’ll provide it for you.
The courier will try to contact you using the phone number you provided. They will also inform us so we can help coordinate a new delivery.
Yes. We ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, and all countries within the European Union.
If your order is incomplete, please notify us as soon as you receive and open the package. Take a photo and we’ll report it to the relevant department.
If your order is damaged, send us photos and a brief description of the condition. We’ll arrange a pickup, and within 48 hours you’ll receive a replacement.
Most Ki.Sui products are formulated without sulfates, parabens, or silicones.
