At Ki.Sui, we ship throughout Spain and also offer international shipping to various countries. Below, you’ll find estimated delivery times and shipping rates by region.

The estimated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by exceptional circumstances such as peak demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, sales), logistics issues, or force majeure.

SHIPPING WITHIN SPAIN

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, your order will be shipped once we receive the payment, which may delay the delivery.
Customs procedures (especially in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) are not included in the delivery time, as they depend on local authorities.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 15 business days of receiving your order, as stated in Article 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16th, on the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

In these cases, please contact us before sending your return, so we can assist you and arrange the shipping or reimbursement of any associated costs.

REFUND TIMELINE:

Once we receive your return and confirm that the products are in perfect condition, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 calendar days, although most refunds are issued within 48–72 hours. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
